Eco-friendly Accommodation
Casa Nómada is located in the quiet Alentejo countryside, surrounded by cork oaks and medronho trees On our land we rent out 1 detached house and 2 apartments. All three have recently been completely renovated and tastefully decorated.
The names of our rentals refer to places where we ourselves have been as Nómads and have fond memories of.
Sustainable accommodation
Harnessing the abundant Portuguese sunshine, our property is equipped with solar panels. This renewable energy source powers our facilities, reducing our carbon footprint and ensuring a greener planet for future generations. We have our own watersource that provides fresh, clean water year-round. Additionally, we collect and store rainwater to use during dry days, ensuring a sustainable water supply for our garden and helping us reduce environmental impact.

Furthermore, we separate our waste and use green waste, combined with micro-organisms, to naturally nourish our vegetable garden.
Accommodation near Odeceixe
Our location is private and only a few minutes drive from the charming village of Odeceixe. Near Casa Nómada you will find the beautiful beaches of Alentejo with its hiking trails along the Vicentina coast.

The central spot on our land is a natural swimming pond. Here you can wake up in the morning to the singing of birds, the song of frogs and much more wildlife. Around the pond are several decks where you can enjoy the sun and nature on a lounger.
Casa Lipe
This detached taipa house was recently fully renovated and equipped with all modern conveniences. This natural beauty has warm earthy tones and many natural materials have been used for the furnishings.
This house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, large fridge and 4-burner gas cooker. Outside on the terrace, you have a lovely private spot. You can find a nice spot in the sun or under the canopy.

Besides an indoor shower, this house also has a lovely outdoor shower with views over the valley.
This taipa house is fully insulated. Cool in summer and warm in winter. Therefore, this house does not need air conditioning but does have a wood-burning stove for the cooler winter nights.
It has wifi but no television.

Fully insulated and thoughtfully furnished, it offers everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay.
